Or used a bunch of staggered 2X8 or 2X10 pieces to stair-step the car up the necessary space.
IMHO, the air jacks are a silly idea - waaay too much hassle to install for waaaay too little benefit. They will raise the car 8"
Minus whatever height above ground they start at. In Racing use, all these things need to do is raise the car an inch or two to clear the tire for changes. Plus, they are not reliable to crawl under at all.
