I've got connections in the Porsche engineering department. They all tell me that scientific tests confirm black is the fastest color.
BTW, black w/ red interior is awesome. Although the Porsche red interior is a little too bright. If they darken it up I'd be all over it.

Triple Black for me - easy choice, as all my other cars have been black with black interior.

White
Biarritz White w/ black / black.
Biarritz was discontinued after '01 in favor of the brighter 'carrera' whte...I actually prefer the softer shade of mine...but then, they all look good.

After owning a Black '97 for a year, I recently bought a Speed Yellow 2001 Boxster S. Frankly the color makes me a little self conscious, but I have to say that I like it. I definately get noticed!

'97 Turquoise. I would say it to be the rarest of Boxster colors since it was only available in '97.

Mine is Arctic Silver. I was thinking of yellow (same as the MG I had previously), but was advised if I can to sell the car, it would be worth quite a bit less than silver as - so the dealer told me - silver is the most desirable colour.
I actually wanted a black Boxster S - but getting a used one with the spec I was after proved impossible - they seem quite rare in the UK, probably because whoever buys them in the first place doesn't want to sell!!

My daily driver (and stress therapy) is a 1998 Basic model Black on Savannah interiors and 18" Sport Design wheels with matching black center and Kenwood audio system.
Love it! Wouldn't trade it for anything else, even with it's 93,000 miles on it!

Come and Vote Again
I added the official color designations to the original poll. I put Dark Olive and Dark Teal as their own poll options.
