Chipping the car

Ok.. so i have seen a ton of threads on this topic but here is my question. I recently contact pes-tuning.com about getting a chip installed in my car. I contacted them explaining the mods I had done or going to do before getting the ecu flashed. The mods as follows: I have the Pedro mod done, also the Pedro air intake as well, and Maxspeed headers being installed when i get them. The following was what the company responded with:

Yes, that is the price. Our NA porsche files are the best on the market. We tune for several race teams. You will see around a 20hp and 20ft/lb increase with the software especially with the exhaust mods.

You think i could feel that much of increase? Like the 20ft/lb. Please let me know what you think

PS. The price is 695. That is like $34 a hp so seems not too bad.
