If by "sluggish off the line" you mean acceleration from a dead stop, this mod won't help. It may hurt "stop light" performance unless you drop the clutch at high RPM. 0-60 is more affected by gearing and torque (engine size) than Horsepower. Again, unless you really abuse the clutch.
