Sign both cars up for the next open track day with timing. Best time of the day between you wins. Loser buys the steaks and beer.

Both cars are very quick and very close. The driver with the best skills will win.

Daytona International Speedway is here. As far as I know, they don't let anybody ride on the famous high banked turns of Daytona

They do have club days though, SCCA events. The closest thing we got going is the Bithlow Speedway, which is a .25 mile drag strip where you can pay a few bucks and "Race what you brung".

I honestly think if I were to drag race, I would probably lose slightly. My only hope would be a race track with turns, and that my PSM would get my through

His S2000 will beat you in a straight line and if all things are equal will beat you on a circuit track as well. Of course things are never equal when it comes to driving ability so if you can drive better than him you could beat him on a circuit.

^^ yups, what Adam said... The S2000 is more comparable to a Boxster S (986) in terms of its stock performance, than it is to a 2.7L 986...

thats kinda what I thought. I never made claims that I didn't think his car was faster... but at the end of the day, he still has a Honda.. and I still have a Porsche.

Actually, at the end of the day you both have nice cars. Who cares which manufacturer made it.

Yea s2k is faster.

It kinda sucks cause in club racing like I do, boxsters and boxster s's are classed together with s2000's...not fair

Who told you life would be fair? If so, I would have been much better looking!
