yeah I agree get after market heat elements. Pull the seats have them installed by a upholster. Then go find a good 12v installer and have them wire up to OEM switch. That would have to be the best looking way and the cheapest. Or just use their switch or search at radio shack for ones you like. I used to do this at a shop. Just find the sunroof installer type people and they will do it all for around $350-$500.
