I replied to your PM, but since you posted here as well, let's get some consensus.
Here's what I sent you in a PM:
My understanding is that the difference between the '02 and the '03 was electronic only.... meaning it should all swap easily. We should confirm that with the knowledge-base on the forum.
However: worst-case, I have the computer, gauges, keys, switches, door locks, glove-box locks, etc etc etc from the '04 that I took the motor out of. they're also for sale. if you needed them for your swap, we could work-out something favorable.

All:
I'm in the garage finally, removing all the parts I've promised you, haha. Yeah!
So I'll post up some pics of some of the stuff as I pull out off.
These wheels will not come with the center caps. But the center caps are also for sale.
These are near perfect. I've shown a close up of the one minor blemish. Might even buff out. (But if I try now, I'll never get to these parts! Haha)
I can still with the tires, we can negotiate that. Or I can remove the tires.

Would you entertain offers on the soul muffler bypass or are you firm on the price?

Any chance you were able to determine if the axles are OEM vs aftermarket ?

All 4 have the same sticker: "schalter"
With the same catalog number 986.332.024.50
Can you tell from this if they're oem or aftermarket?

Fred, because your message came in as a "Visitor" message, I was limited in how many characters I could send back to you. I did anyway, but here's the original message:
fredinVa;
Yes, I still have it.
I don't have much history prior to me buying it about 18 months ago. I pulled it from an '04 S with 85k-ish miles, that was front-end-crashed, and put it in my '03 S.
When it first arrived, I hooked up the durametric to it and checked cam deviation and did a compression test on all cylinders; all of this checked-out very good. Then as I was changing fluids, I split-open the oil filter and looked for particles, and found nothing concerning.
Once installed, I put about 1500 miles on the oil I'd put in it, and then sent a sample to Blackstone. They gave it a thumbs-up.
Since that time, I've put about 5000 miles on it; mainly track and commuting to/from the track. It has performed flawlessly, with no hiccups, noises, smells, smoke, steam, stink or any other thing that would concern any of the senses, haha.
Of note: I installed an underdrive-pulley on it; this requires filing-off the tip of the TDC-Tool-bung on the front of the motor. [URL="https://tunersmotorsports.com/trs-development/installation-guides-instructions/trs-porsche-4-inch-under-drive-pulley-installation-guide/"] (see here for more information)
What else can I tell ya?

Do you have the stock crank pulley?
Any other mods?
Any maintenance history (besides the oil changes)?
Are you willing to ship to Virginia? (my cost of course)?

No IMS done under my watch. I didn't even look closely at it when I swapped it in, because I'm not a believer. ;-)
RMS; no signs of leaking, so don't fix what ain't broke.
with cam deviation numbers such as they were, I wouldn't be surprised to learn perhaps the tensioners / guides had be done, but I doubt it. ??

I sold the lightweight flywheel and clutch, so when I removed it this evening, I took a moment to snap some photos before I put the oem flywheel back on.
You'll note: still no signs of leaking rms. Someone smarter than I might know something from that IMS flange. Looks factory to me. ??
