BoxedIn Guest Posts: n/a	FOR SALE 2005 Boxster S engine victim of IMS failure! Hello, I'm selling a 3.2l (280hp) complete engine out of a 42023 miles Porsche Boxster S 6 speed manual transmission. It is a victim of the IMS failure. The engine got shut down immediately after some smoke appeared at the exhaust followed by oil leaking on the floor. The engine got removed from the car. A Porsche mechanic find that the timing went got off and that the damage to the engine is hard to evaluate unless taking the engine apart. Could be minor damage or very bad... Shoot me an offer.
