The differences between M030 and "regular" suspension are that the M030 has stiffer sway bars (and different sway bar bushings to account for the different bar diameters), and stiffer springs and firmer struts.
The difference between USA M030 and ROW (rest of world) M030 are that the ROW springs are a little shorter and give a moderately lower ride height. I don't know for sure what the other exact differences are besides the heights.
The M030 "S" rear sway bar ia slightly softer than the "non S" ROW rear sway bar, and both are stiffer than the standard rear sway bar. More info on sway bar stiffness here:

The standard rear Cayman sway bar is about equal in stiffness to the non-S M030 rear swaybar and those are usually pretty cheap from dismantlers if someone wanted an extra option to try out a little bit of a stiffer rear bar.
