I raised my seat belt receptacle using the schroth rallye ends to extend it on the mounting end, I'll see if I can find a link and pic. Before that I had a short 6" flexible seat belt extender that helped. Otherwise buckling the seat belt was tough... Brey Krause also sells a seat belt receptacle end extender for the mounting end. Once that was sorted the seat belts were great. For the bolster I got some synthetic leather bolster protecters from eBay seller bobointhailand, ill find a picture of that too. Like these:
