Yes, go 225/45/17 Front and 255/40/17 on rear. Those sizes have matching diameters so no impact to speedometer or ABS performance. These are the tire sizes that almost every Boxster runs.

The advantage to the 225 fronts is a bit more front end grip and thus, slightly less understeer for more balanced handling.
