I'd definitely try the eBay options at that price.

Get the bumper off first and eyeball it though, preferably with a pressure tester attached, it may not be the radiator?

Well the leak is directly below the radiator, and I very much doubt it's the pipes as on further inspection the bottom of the bumper has had a decent scuff. There's a hill on the way to my parents' place that the bumper scuffs on if I go up it too fast, so that would have been it.

But yeah, definitely trying it with that price!
