I voted for #3 but #2 looks equally as good, but for a new reason...
Both 2 and 3 have that HDTV look with the black bars above and below the shots. I like that.

the sky tone reflection on #2 is captured very well.
Try taking some more pictures at that time of the day, my old Black Miata loved the sunset sky tone reflection. But unlike black, silver loves being in the sun just as much.
btw, skirting would make a big difference with you 18" wheels. My favorite bang for the buck visual mod.

Perfectlap, I love what you contribute, but I am seriously starting to think you work for a skirting manufacturer. Do a search for "skirting" by "perfectlap." The results are impressive. Love ya man!
Thanks for all the feedback fellas. Sure would be nice to have a female's opinion, but what can you do on a board like this? I may switch between 2 and 3 (though I like that you can see it entirely in #3), 2 is the winner, and it was YOUR decision. Well done friends.

Jeph, how low are you when you took the picture? A black & white would look cool too!

That's a nice looking Porsche! Is the barbed wire to keep that beast in....or the animals on the outside away?

don't know stole it from another site.
But that is a very beautiful 911. from the doors forward its exactly like a Boxster.
Same front Bumper (GT3), same fenders, hoods, headlight, mirrors, windshield, side skirts and I guess you can get those wheels for your Box as well.

Perfectlap, I've considered the idea of skirting, but I think I'm finished with asthetic styling on this car (especially after blinkwatt's comment). Plus they strike me as expensive for cosmetic only changes. I think I feel about skirting how you feel about Litronics (and I probably feel the same about Litronics as you do about skirting). I'd love to see a photoshop job of my car with them though (use the pic below if you want -or let me know if a side shot is easier to work with)!

I was squatting when I took that particular photo, if I remember correctly. I was further from the car than normally. I typically fill the frame with the car when I take pictures. A scaled down uncropped photo is taken below.
Ironically, I can't stand pictures of cars when there parked in the grass (especially if the grass is dead).
Black and white would be cool -and that's why part of the picture is! The car is color and the background is B&W in my signature.
Or instead of just grayscaling, how about a vintage sepia tone?
"Jeph's First Porsche" awww
