ebay has them just do a search on boxster rear diffuser. You have to paint and match to your car, at the same time get those ugly black rubber bumperettes painted to match also. Anyways, diffuser comes with 3 screw in bolts but they were too short, so I had to buy longer ones from LOWES. 2 of the holes you can reuse where the oem screws currently go to hold the exhaust shield to the bumper. The last bolt will need to be drilled into the bumper near the exhaust tip. Have a bodyshop do it if you are not comfortable doing this kind of stuff yourself. As for adding the grill vents inside, well thats more complex but I managed to make my own and securing it with velcro tape as illustrated on this thread earlier.
