I think that is a $12 Garage Door rubber weather strip from Home Depot because I put the same thing on my black Boxster. They come 9 feet long. You only need 7-8 feet of length for the front bumper.

Hmm how did you install it?

Drilled some holes under the bumper and got some $5 screws from home depot.

You can also stick it using 3M Outdoor Red Tape and Adhesive Promotor. But the screws are more guaranteed to hold it.

Good guess Project M96, but mine didn't come from Home Depot. It is the 2002-2005 996 Carrera GT3 front spolier/lip (Porsche part#996-505-986-92-01C and $417 from Pelican). It is designed for the GT3 front bumper.
I got lucky when I found a great deal on a OEM AerokitII front bumper on Ebay to match the OEM AerokitII sideskirts I had bought the previous year. It already had this more aggressive lip spoiler installed (there is also a version that is not quite as wide and doesn't extend out quite as far)
Your DIY looks nice in the picture!
