Performed on a closed coarse with a complete idiot for a pilot

So if you're doing 100 mph but no-one is there to observe are you actually speeding?

Schrodinger's cat is this where you can be both speeding and not speeding at the same time because it is not being observed by anyone?

also multiple worlds - there were a few where jaay was actually sitting at home watching tv, or driving a vw bus that could not possibly get up to 100...
