Thanks. I too love V Twins. SVs are plentiful and cheap. The cult following and community support is amazing. They are great fun on the track and ideal for commuting. V-Twins are bliss on a tight road.

Just added a triple to the toybox

Just added a very low mileage Triumph Sprint ST to the garage this past weekend. It matches the Boxster pretty well.

Ducati for Porsche swap

Hey,

I've been lurking here for a couple of weeks, great site. Looking to pick up a Boxster so I can share the road with my wife. She refuses to ride on my Ducati 999!!!
So the bike would have to go and the Boxster would be the new toy. Again, great site with a wealth of info,

here's a pic of my old bike....06 honda cbr600 f4i. someone ran a stop sign and totaled me about a year after i purchased it (yeah...that's my cartoon imprint in the van). now i've got an 01 f4i. it's pretty naked, i bought it from a girl who laid it down and pretty much put it all back together (everything but the fairings).

Bikes

I'm new to this forum, I've had my Boxster for two weeks. I ride my 2002 BMW r1150r all year round weather permitting and when it's really nice out I ride my 2007 Ducati S2R 1000.

Ya buncha friggin' girlymen. Buy some real bikes!

When I was a little kid, all the older guys on my block went out and bought these Hondas new. I always thought they were so cool. I found one rotting behind a shed and the owner gave it to me. I had so much fun restoring it that I got two more. I'm honing my restoration skills for when I find a '47 Indian Chief.
