Thanks Scbrindley,

When I removed the old leather from the centre arm rest it had a thin foam type covering so I left it in place and glued the alcantara over the top,
with regards the door pocket tops I put it directly on top of the plastic I thought that adding any padding would make them a bit too "chunky" and interfere with the lid opening.
The painted pieces may be a little bright for some tastes but I prefer it to the poverty spec plastic!
