Patiently waiting for Luv Bunnies comments on the shoes. Remember the Mercedes commercial where the car pulls up, door opens and out pops one leg with a black pump, then the other barefoot after which the babe puts on the other pump? Zoom zoom zoom ! :dance: (with apologies to Mazda)

No they build them in Russia and then they ship them over.
