‘Dead spot’ at WOT from 4500-6200 RPM

Recently I have been experiencing a lack of power at WOT from 4500-6200 RPM.
It feels like the Variocam is kicking in 1700 rpm later than it should.

Based on the codes I suspect this is a vacuum...

I always do it ahead of time. It’s small enough to throw in the back that I bring it just in case something goes wrong (with mine or anyone else’s brakes). Better than being sidelined for the day.

I had a similar symptom when my clutch line between the MC and slave cracked and was leaking fluid. Mine broke inside the drivers side fender and was dripping fluid below the car.
