Viper, when you say that many radar detectors are junk, what exactly do you mean? Do they not detect radar/laser? Are they unreliable giving false positives? Are they too slow to detect effectively...

Since I am a chef I wanted something to indicate that but not be too egocentric.
When people asked me how I was I would answer "I'm Cooking" as an inside joke so that's why I picked the plate.
