selling my car guys

i just dont use it anymore, almost at all...
i used to autocross it,drive it w top down, top up, winter...all of it.
now i think i need just a whatever car hahaha
when its nice out, or at least past the 50 degree mark (for me when top comes off) i take the bike out.
ive been riding my bike more and more now, and just dont drive the car.
i hated it that i couldnt take it snowboarding over the winter, or really drive it right since its ridiculously low... Me and Nick carved it out a few times over the winter
ill be probably looking at a newer S4, e55, or SLK55 or perhaps e46 m3...or something along those lines that i can stick a snowboard in and drive (although not really set on any of them that much, with exception of S4 since i really still want manual, would be nice to get all wheel drive, and enough room to stick the board in, and i know that i cant leave anything alone, and theres plenty of mods for S4). I watched wheeler dealers last night, and i got an urge for the older style 911 too hehehe

kinda sad, but i love my car and want it to be driven instead of just sitting in my garage. theres actually lots of dust on it from me not driving it hahaha, totally unlike me, but the R1 kicks my a$$ and i cant stop riding it.

all that being said, im selling the headlights (litronics), most likely the exhaust too...rest i will just leave w the car to pull some value along with the hard top.

Good luck, DJ. As you know, the car market is terrible right now. Especially for modded cars and unique colors.

Why don't you raise it back to stock and install a rack like below?

It would be cheaper than selling.

sad

WOW, I never thought I would hear you say you where going to sell.

I still drive mine, I am now over 170,000 miles, but I do understand what you are saying I bought a SUV on the cheap side to drive when I travel and on bad days.
Or to haul things more than a lunch box.

Love that show! I watched last night as well and got the same urge. Of course I wanted a 928 after they featured that car, etc. I also like their other show, Auto trader. I dig the British colloquialisms.

Best of luck unloading the car.

So sad...

Good luck with selling your car!

I've had my car for 3 and a half years and I'm enjoying it more than ever! I'm autocrossing as much as I can (and still pass my grad school classes) and am having a blast modifying the suspension. I had no idea what this car was capable of until I lowered it and and stiffened it (I beat the blue 911 if you remember the car?) and I think there is more to go.

crios. What's that rack

Crios,

What kind of bike rack do you have hanging on the back of the box? Where did you get it?

Looks like the rack from Willwood System but with standard bike holders rather than the carriers Will makes. I have the same thing and really like it.

Well, when it's time, it's time. I'm just glad that I actually met the celebrity of a car.
How much do you hope to get for it?

I have that same type of rack that I use on another car, Sold by a company named Hollywood. Very nice, light and secure setup.
