Did you resolve that leak, sfoster13? I have the exact same problem - lifted the carpets, removed panels, etc. and I've water flowing in from around the drain tray behind the seat belt mechanism....

I could use cat repellent spray (sold to gardeners) on the roof - not really a longterm solution or will the cat remember...
