987 air pump

Has anyone attempted to install a 987 secondary air pump and remove the electric pump? I guess there could a problem with the feedback to the DME, but other than that it would not be that hard to run a line to the change over valve.

My answer is "nope".
As in, "nope, I've never tried it".
Seemed better to not respond, Haha.
