Hood locked with disconnected battery

Hey all, so I put my car away last month before traveling for the holidays, and forgot to leave the front hood ajar. Now I need to turn the car on but can't open the front trunk because I've disconnected the negative cable on the battery. I drive a 2002 Boxster S, so the hood is released electronically.

I've searched on how to open the hood using the terminals on the left side of the driver's footwell, but couldn't find conclusive information on what I would need to buy to do so.

What parts do I need to buy to power the front hood unlocking mechanism temporarily so that I can reconnect the battery?

Thanks for your help!
