There should be a manual release cable in the passenger side wheel well. It looks like piano wire with a loop on the end. Just give it a sharp pull.
You may have to turn the wheel or even consider removing the wheel for easier access. You may first want to check if any previous owner relocated the cable to the front bumper with access behind the tow hook cover.
