I have reused them, but also put in a new set every couple of years, I just did new rotors and pads all the way around and I put new hardware in. However I used Centric parts which are like $7 a set:

Thanks Steve! I know one of you guys would find that part cheaper!

After a thread search, I'm now finding that it's recommended to replace the caliper bolts as well when you do a rotor changeout.
