No. Anything that is marketed as a PIWIS cable is pirated junk.
It has been said that they are assembled by child prison laborers in North Korea. Web sites that claim to have them for sale will probably steal your credit card info. It is also suspected that their use contributes to human induced global climate change.

Porsche only leases the real testers and they are not available to the general public.

For cheap basic diagnostics, get an OBD-II tester. There are some very useful Bluetooth ones that are inexpensive.
For Porsche specific diagnostics, get a real Durametric tool
