2001 Boxster S Radio Problem
Hey guys, I really need your help. I have a 2001 Boxster S with a stock hu (with cd) and amp. Recently have been getting periodic crackling (sort of like a scratched vinyl record) from both the radio and the cd, and the warmer the outside temp. the worse it gets. I sent the hu into Becker Autosound but they couldn't duplicate the problem even at high temp. I then bought/installed used HAES 4X40 amp which corrected the problem for a short time but now its doing it again. Any suggestions as to what might be going on would be greatly appreciated.
