Tap size for lug nut holes

Can anyone tell me the size of the tap I need to clean out the lug nut holes?

You can just buy any bolt that fits and cut 4 slots in it legnthwise with a dremel tool and use it as a tap. Use lots of oil or wd40, as cutting fluid and then clean out the threads.

Use a thread chaser to clean threads, not a tap. Using a tap may result in a loose fit.

Is that the same size as the spark plugs, by any chance?
