997 TT Seats fit 986?
Do 997 sliders fit my 986. I've heard the bolts are in exactly the same place.

Hi,
the 997 seat fits one to one in the 986, only plugs must changing or modified.

Thanks guys! That's what I was hoping. I drive a friends Cayman R and the difference in comfort for me is night and day (I have a hip that bothers me while sitting). I've got my eye on some Recaro Sportster CS's....

Could you share how to adapt the wiring? Any issues with the air bags?

Those look great! Nice look. How do you like them? I'm getting a quote on some and still am not sure I should make the leap. Did you mount them yourself? I'm still learning about these so I'm not sure what you mean by removing to adjust. Are you saying the seat back can't be adjusted in the car?

I really like this chair, lightweight support is very good, but the boxster space is too narrow a chair mounted on the car will not be adjusted

Your English is great! Thank you for the info!! I have to have an adjustable back, you just saved me a bunch of money. Really like the CS but now I see this won't work...darn! The red and black would look so good too. I'll keep looking for some nice 987 or 997 seats.
