just got mine back from the shop for the LN retrofit today - 2001 S, 85k miles.

IMS bearing (original double roller was fine, drive car moderately aggressive)
clutch, press plate, flywheel (the rubber buffer was failing)
RMS
AOS
oil change
($3,150)

water pump (was leaking from impeller shaft)
serp belt, tensioner and rollers
coolant tank and cap
brake flush
fuel filter
spark plug tubes/seals
987 motor mount (rubber was split about 3/4 way thru)
exhaust repair
check cam deviation (well within spec)
-----
$6,700 total

also had the windshield replaced while at the shop (w/factory glass)
