anti-bling,

I have 10" rear wheels on my 2000 986 with an offset of 42. I don't run spacers and they look just about perfect for my taste.

I believe with an offset of 65 you will need spacers for them to work. You probably don't need to make up the entire 23 mm difference but I do believe you will need much of it.

I hope this helps. If I have this all wrong I'm sure someone will correct me.
