If it is only water, then the dry gas should do the trick (might need two cans though!).

However, if somehow you have picked up some other kind of gunk in the fuel system, then the drain approach is right on the money I think!

Thank you for all your advices. I will bear this in mind....I haven't heard from the mechanic for 2 days, I'll wait till tomorrow before I speak to him again and will update on what he thinks.

Good news! Just spoke to the mechanic yesterday, he mentioned that there seems to be some water in the engine oil, he is cleaning out the engine oil for me, as well as the filters, and mentioned that he did not experience the stuttering anymore. But he did say my rear control arms are aging, possibly needs changing, cus there is alot of noise from the car. Anyone knows what will happen if I don't change it. The mechanic told me there wouldn't be any problems, just be a bit noisy. Will pick it up tomorrow, hopefully it is as he says....
