I too had lost my radio code. Per this and other threads, I tried the Porsche Resetting Radio Codes site that JayG and some others had mentioned. As like many others, I couldn't get the application on that website to run. So I had to load Java (just Google java download to get the the Java website for free download) but even then the application would not run due to security setting errors (the problem is the site uses an old version of Java and uses a self signed certicate which Java by default blocks). To get the application to run, you have to reconfigure your Java settings: Open Java configuration, go to security tab, add the website address (
Porsche Resetting Radio Codes) to the exception list. The application should then run (refresh the site first). You'll get a couple of warnings from Java but just acknowledge them and the application should load.
