Welcome John. Unfortunately the chips out there won't really yield any horsepower gains without also changing the intake and/or headers. GIAC (a very reputable tuning company) has dynos that show that its chip, plus an EVO air intake will yield about 18-20 hp's at the wheels I believe. Might want to look towards that route.
However, it's not cheap... we're talking $1500 for 20 hp's.
