Is mr. Stephen Kaspar a swindler ?

I am mr. Holman and I live in the Netherlands.
In august last year I payed $ 8.000,-- to mr. Stephen Kaspar for a super charger(kit) for my Boxster 2.7 ltr.
Till today I did not receive anything from him.
So my question is;
Is Imagineauto also a criminal organisation or is it only mr. Stephen Kaspar ?
Because it is about $ 8.000,-- I will have to hand it over to the Dutch Police.
I also will have to inform and warn all the Porsche Clubs on the internet.
I am sorry, that your mr. Stephen Kaspar is behaving so badly.
Yours sincerely,
Richard Holman

Imagine Auto

I can't speak for Stephen Kaspar, but I ordered an exhaust from Imagine Auto about a year ago, and it was a great experience. It was their own branded exhaust. I ordered over the phone, asking lots of questions and they took time to answer all of them. I received the exhaust quickly, installed it myself and have been happy ever since.

Last I checked, they don't even offer a Supercharger kit for the 2.7L Boxsters. They only offer it for the 2.5L and 3.2L: http://www.imagineauto.com/boxster%20sc.htm

Great point BoxtaBoy,

I was bummed that they didn't have one available for my 2.7. That doesn't lend much credibility to this guy's story.

Unless the guy asked Steve to develop a 2.7L Kit, and paid him in advance for it, but not sure why anyone would do that.

Richard, have you made a phone call to ask him for the supercharger kit or your money back?

Actually I asked IA about the 2.7L supercharger a few months back. I got a reply from Stephen, he mentions that the 2.7L supercharger is the same as the 3.2L.

The 2.7 kit is the same as the 3.2 kit. Requires all the same components as the 3.2 just the programming is different. Would you be sending the car to us for the install?

Best,
Stephen

I'm not sure I'd go as far as calling him a "swindler," but I have had dealings with Imagine and Steven and all I'll say is that I have very good reasons for not dealing with them now.

I sent the guy this post and asked for an explanation. I also told him that this site has 16,000 + members and it would probably be in their best interest to resolve the issue.

I am closing this thread

Mr Holman, resolve this directly with the parties involved. We are not the BBB and we don't know you either.

Thanks
