BerneseMtnDog Registered User Join Date: May 2010 Location: Oregon Posts: 49	A failing front motor mount will cause a vibration at 3k. Mine did and a new mount fixed it. The older mounts could fail early due to a wimpy design and the newer mount has more rubber in it and is much stiffer. Hopefully it'll last longer. The old mount would make practically the whole cabin resonate. Steve 2000 2.7L
