Yep, my heads looked exactly like yours, on both sides. When I pulled the tubes I notcied both 'O' rings had a continuous flat spot the entire circuference. I replaced all six tubes and 'O' rings and cleaned the head so that I can tell if they start leaking again. I was replacing the plugs at the same time and only added a few minutes time, and seemed well worth it for how cheap the tubes and 'O' rings were. Good luck.
