Been almost a year so I think an update to the intro thread is worthwhile.

If you're on the fence about getting one, leap off of it and grab one. This car is such absolute joy to drive. Would I like more power? Yes. The 2.5 is lacking in that department, but at least it can be remedied by putting in a larger motor. Some will likely say just buy a newer one with more power, and they're likely right, but this is a car we're not likely to ever sell.

Yes, my wife loves the car too. By happenstance, it was built the month and year we were married. Once the kids are out and she gets her next car she's fully supportive of up to a Raby motor.

Also, this thing is very easy to work on. I bought a MaxJax shortly after buying the car so that certainly helps. Sitting underneath it while teaching my 16yo son how to do some things is priceless. Time well spent and memories only Alzheimer's will be able to take away from me.

So, to new members who haven't yet joined the club, don't waste any more time.
