With the car sitting so much there's a good chance the RMS and IMS seals have dried out. I would drop the transmission and have an oil feed IMS bearing and a new RMS bearing installed. Would give you good peace of mind.

Another thing I'd do would be to check all hoses for rot as well as the serpentine belt.

You'd install a new RMS bearing?
