How old is the replacement motor

You mentioned in your OP that the motor was a replacement. Do you know the mileage when this happened?

Thanks

This is not the best time to see ragtops.

In December of 2003I bought a 2003 BMW Z4 out of New Jersey, six months old, 5K miles with $47K sticker for $30K.

Any CEL's

Is the Check Engine Light (CEL) on / throwing codes? Would you be willing to take it to a local garage for a PPI? How do you propose to handle the transaction since you have a payoff on the car? Pay the financial institution directly? Then the cut you a check for the balance? Also can you take a photo of the option sticker under the Frunk?
