Maybe that last message was meant for someone else because we've been emailing. But, just to be sure. PM received, bill of sale sent, waiting for your approval and signature.

I suppose I should add, in the event that last message was meant for someone else, that my bid is not a free put option that stays open indefinitely while searching for another bid. If you want to sell, that bid is good today. If you want to wait, that is certainly your right and I respect that, but then you will need to respect that if you later come back to me, that bid may OR may not still be there. My bid is not indefinite, it has a time limit.
