Please don't take this the wrong way (as a 'diss' on your Boxster) but you may be priced too high (or your not advertising in the right locations).
There are so many nice, well cared for Boxsters, along with those that may need some love that It'll be hard to hit your asking price without some patience or waiting for the weather to warm up a bit.
You are more than welcome to dismiss my opinion. I won't be offended. I have no stake in the outcome of your sale. I have sold one Boxster and purchased another in the last 4 months. I am in Florida so our market may be different.
I am not a dealer or a flipper, just trying to give you data points to help in your sale.
