+1 who doesn't have 'time' to wave back (even raise a finger)?

Either:

1. you didnt see them wave: then you really should pay more attention to other traffic in your vicinity. An old driving coach told me that I should notice every detail possible from the team logo on a baseball cap to a scratch on the front spoiler (N.B. if you genuinely didn't notice a wave then obviously this does not apply).

or...
2. you are choosing not to acknowledge: get off your high horse and play the game of life! Who doesn't need more friends? Who wants to disrupt the natural human tendancy to bond? I love it... or is it too much effort to waive a finger (I am sure you would do it if they cut you off

here is me trying to wave on the 986 board :insert wave smilie:

One time I waved at a Box and the contents revealed a stunning blonde whom was highly appreciative of my similar ride, and compliment. Stop car, exchange digits... done deal.
