Anyone know of this Part Number of what it is called?

I recently saw this image and noticed the artic silver ring-like part that went along the bottom and wrapped around the entire shifter. Does anyone know where I can get this part. Looks like it is just an add on to the regular shifter sleeve bottom. I really like the way it looks and it would be a nice addition to the artic silver trim I have. Looks like it may have been used only on certain years and models. Anyone know?

It's called the P96 "Horse Shoe" with Leather Boot for Shifter. You can find it here: http://www.carnewal.com/ . Select Interior from the left side menu and then P86. It's the 2nd option from the top. Hope this helps...
