If it is wiper fluid, then it could be similar to a problem I had. The hose that goes from the resevoir to the wipers had become disconnected. When I went to spray the windshield, about a half of gallon of windshield wiper fluid would hit the garage floor. If you pull back the fender inner plastic you can see the resevoir and associated hoses. I had to reach up in there and reconnect the hose then put a zip tie on it. Took about 30 minutes but has held now for over 6 months. Hope this is your problem...easy fix. Good Luck.
