Need help with OEM Radio

I just purchased a 2001 Boxster, nice car, original owner purchased car without a radio he installed a aftermarket radio an also installed a pre amp. sounds good but the FM reception is bad, won't keep the station locked in I'm thinking I would like to replace it with a OEM radio saw ad on ebay offering a CDR 210 AM-FM Sterio and CD Player 349.00. Couple of questions, is this model radio any good and would do you think it could be adapted to a pre amp.

I have a OEM radio with tape player in great condition.

$35 plus shipping. Take the money you save and buy a CD changer for the trunk.

i have the same one on ebay that your talking about . It came from 1997 boxster and i also had a cd changer for sale at one time. If you want the cd player for the dash i would take 150 plus shipping
