Hey 78F350, thanks for that info.
Windows did work prior to the seat removal.
This afternoon, I ;
1. disconnected the battery
2. unbolted the driver's seat and checked the connector. Seemed OK.
3. unbolted the passenger seat and checked the the connector. Seem OK.
4. I went ahead and unconnected both driver and passenger GND connected and cleaned them.
5. I unconnected the signal connectors and sprayed with MAF sensor cleaner.
6. Connected everything back up.

The windows would not operate with the doors closed, but would go up with the doors open, but only 3/4 up.
I tried to reset like what you mentioned. No help. I tried that with the doors open and with the doors closed. Each time cycling the ignition switch.
At one point, I had the windows 3/4 up thinking about my next move for a couple minutes and the window went down on their own??
