I'm late to the party, but like everyone said, good job on getting a PPI done.

Given the issues, the car is greatly overpriced. 15,000 CAD is only a little less than the 12,000 USD I paid for my 1998 2.5 manual with 50,000 miles (80,000 km), some minor gremlin in the security system (a microswitch or sensor somewhere needs replacement) and an emissions-related CEL.

I expect to spend no more than 2k to get it all sorted, and the car came with a comprehensive maintenance history folder.

I could've gotten a more pristine/sorted car for less if i wasn't fixated on the color, year and options (1998-99, Arena red, heated seats, no PSM).

I'm sure you can get a much nicer specimen that's been well-maintained at your price point with some patience, flexibility or luck.
